“They're in the process of remodeling. The room was very clean, just som little things that need repair. I would stay again, the staff was super. They have a small continental breakfast, good coffee and again super friendly. I even got cash back for checking out early.”

“I was disappointed with the customer service was received at this hotel. The receptionist Stacy, was rude and unprofessional when we checked in. She told me she couldn’t find my reservation, and I had to show her my booking itinerary to prove that I had a reservation. The situation could have been handled more politely and professionally, As a guest, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, especially when there is an issue with a reservation. We lost our keys too and we asked her if……

“This condo was perfect for us! It had a lot of upgrades that made it even better such as the rain shower head and the air purifier.”

“We had 2 rooms during our stay. Unit 6 was excellent but unit 11 was unacceptable. The smoke alarm was missing, water stains in the ceiling, shower was like a skating rink with no mat to prevent falls and general maintenance of the room was poor.”
