“The room was ok, place is very old, not well maintained. Pool is shut down, has a Crack in it? Say that on your website that it is shut down, we wanted a pool. Then someone lied and said the pool in the other hotel in town was shut down, it was not, but the place was full or we would have went there. The continental breakfast is nothing hardly, and after seeing the fingernails of the desk clerk I was eating nothing at all. TV was not set up, had to come to my room to get it going, that……

“Reservation made weeks in advance and yet when we arrived, the room had to be totally cleaned before we could check in. Others of our group had similar experiences with room not ready. The one staff person we saw told us two different times that breakfast would be served in the morning and as we left at 8 a.m. for our event, breakfast wasn’t set up. The price was right but the amenities were lacking. We also had to order more as only one set in bathroom. AC terribly loud … couldn’t sleep first……
