"My stay at River Edge Inn was surprisingly pleasant, considering the low cost of the reservation. The exterior is attractive and clean, nothing fancy. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and check-in was quick and hassle free. My two double room was clean and roomy. The room included a refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was a little small but functional and clean. The mattresses aren't anything to write home about, but were comfortable enough. I really liked the picnic table outside the room. I could imagine sitting out and listening to the Potomac river, which is yards away. The continental breakfast was average but good enough. This was an arrive late leave early stay, but I will return here for a more relaxing trip with family."

"The check in process was smooth and the front desk person was nice and helpful. The room was actually nice and clean. Shower pressure was perfect. The bed was really firm. I’m not a fan of extremely firm beds."

"The room was clean and away from the elevators with no issues for the specific room. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is that there is no accommodation for customers / guests that need a nightstand on both sides of the bed. In our situation both customers have a CPAP machine. The reservation was for 2 guests and the room was a queen bed and upon arrival we had to decide who was going to sleep without their CPAP machine because the room has no bedside table or electrical outlets on the outer edge of the bed. Regardless of the medical need when will Hotels learn that both sides of the bed need a place to hold their CPAP or book or tea."

"Amazing little oasis! Unique home, with cool decor. Missun and Dave are so kinda and welcoming which made us feel so comfortable. You can tell they are loved because all the guests there are now regulars that keep coming back."

"Beautiful waterfront property, spacious house and lots of entertainment for the kids. We enjoyed the beach, kayaking, fire pit and the kids loved playing in the basement. A perfect house for me and my friend’s family (4 adults and 3 kids) to vacation. Highly recommend!"
