"It was a much needed and relaxing trip. Getting to listen and watch the waves without the distractions of tons of other people, is an amazing feeling. The house is well maintained. Hal was very helpful and a pleasure to talk with. All in all, I would definitely consider staying again. Thank you!!"

"We get that this is a houseboat and the idea of it was fun, but this place needs a full clean down….lots of mold around the windows and on the deck, had a very musty odor! "

"We were very excited to rent this yacht and the location was great BUT we weren't notified that there was no a/c. The A/C only worked in 1 room so it was steaming hot being that it's summer. It was very small, it had roaches and had a really bad smell. The radio attached to the wall didn't work, the TV had about 5 channels. It was terrible for the price we paid."

"Room was great. Communication with owner needs a little help. Access to the beach could be improved. Absolutely not handicapped accessible. Need to have a way to the beach for people who have carts. TV’s in unit need to be updated. Fridge needs to be set to a colder temp. Shower curtain in secondary bedroom needs some attention. All minor things. Enjoyed my stay overall"

"My friend and I went to Fort Walton beach and Destin for a few days. We loved our stay. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel was close to everything. Plenty of restaurants with live music walking distance. We felt save walking late at night. I would go back."
