Great location, easy to get around from and very clean! Staff were excellent, especially Abi, Ri (young lady with bright red hair - who was so sweet and helpful!), and Matteo too! This was my second time staying at this hotel, a year later, and would definitely choose this hotel again should I visit Bath again.

Good stay in Central Bath Hotel. The hotel is well positioned to access Bath’s many attractions, although this means driving to it and getting parked on a Saturday can be interesting. The hotel itself is not much to look at from the outside, but inside it obviously has had a fairly recent refurb. The rooms whilst smallish were well appointed and clean, with a good bathroom and everything you’re likely to need. I found the staff friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good

I really liked this hotel. It felt clean, new, and very comfortable. Our room was a good size for 4 people. The staff was very nice and location was great. Not right in the center but super close enough to walk We only stayed one night but would definitely been happy to stay more. We had a beautiful view from our window of the bridge .
