“i can appreciate that there were renovations done to the rooms ( which were pleasant) however the entrances to several rooms on our floor looked like they had been broken into with chipped doors and trim. I was unsettled by the doors and probably would not book there again. Also, when i put Comfort Suites into Maps it sent us to the Comfort inn and suites downtown .”

“The staff was helpful in checking us in late at night. However, the property itself was very poorly maintained. Our jacuzzi did not have a clean floor, and our shower was not large enough to even fit one person comfortably (the door was so close that even slight movement would cause the shower door to open). The shower itself was also filthy, with mould growing along the edges of the shower wall. The sink was clogged everytime we ran it. The outdoor pool was unclean and unmaintained. Overall not……

“First off breakfast was a definite highlight. Best continental breakfast we’ve ever had at a hotel. Such great variety. The grounds themselves are quite nice. We spent a couple nights out in the court yard and utilized the microwave to heat up our left over dinner which was handy. Our room on the other hand was quite musty smelling and damp. Our bed sheets felt wet all the time. Not sure whether this is just our room or other people find the same issue. Our bedside light and remove also……

“Situated in a tranquil area, cozy room, got most amenities one need, helpful staff, lovely breakfast. But if you are noise sensitive, you should seek other options. My room situated on the ground floor next to the wooden stairs. You can always hear people stepping up floor/ talking outside your room. The aircon is quite noisy too.”

“Small room but the design is fantastic with old English taste. Gary is the manager who is really nice and helpful. The breakfast is a must-try item, freshly made with re-filling coffee. ”
