“Hotel is under construction/remodeling and yes we knew this before booking by reading the comments but we didn’t expect for it to be a bad experience, our room had to be switched due to a leak in the ceiling and clogged bathroom. On our last night AC. broke down. We were not aware housekeeping was not coming daily we stayed a week how was it expected for us to shower and dry with same towel for several days? We requested towels but of course had to wait for housekeeping to come in the next……

“I almost never write any reviews but the night we stayed here was not satisfied at all.
I chose this one because the great review even with the higher price , I decided to give it a try.
The unit is not as clean, including the bathroom counter had stains on it. Pillow case has stain on it I had to call for a replacement. Mattress is way too soft. Free wine is nice but with the price we paid, didn’t seem to worth it.
Also it was so loud as the the wall way too thin, I can hear next door……

“After a long, exhausting day driving up on Hwy 101, I called three hotels in the area looking for a late check-in around 10 PM. Villa Motel stood out immediately — the staff was by far the friendliest on the phone and didn't hesitate to accommodate me.
The room was spotless and well maintained. Knowing I needed rest, they kindly allowed a late check-out too, which made a world of difference after a tiring day on the road.

“The bed was extremely noisy—every time I moved or turned, it made loud sounds, making it impossible to sleep.
The air conditioner was placed right next to the bed and blew directly onto my lower back, causing significant discomfort throughout the night.
Additionally, even basic items like the orange juice at breakfast were extremely diluted and tasted like water.
Overall, the experience was very poor and uncomfortable.”
