Dirty dusty dishes. Someone hung up on me twice while I was trying to get some help. Scum on both sink faucets.”

“The property was as presented online. It is centrally located with great building amenities and parking at each level and elevators. Easy access to local highways, Alexandria, Arlington and DC. The building, lodging and furnishings are new and clean. The check in process is a bit complex and convoluted; but, the host was helpful in addressing complications.”

Unfaithful staff

"I stayed with my wife for transiting to Washington airport (DCA). I need the shuttle bus service from hotel to DCA. I asked the staff, lady looks like African American, at/about 9:30am on 4th Dec. if I have to reserve the shuttle. She say , yes, and when I need the shuttle service? I answered about noon. She answered, "no problem". Unfortunately, when we checked out at noon, she say, sorry, no more shuttle before 3:00pm. Finally, we have to take taxi to DCA, and costed me US$30. Poor experience with her."
