“This home exceeded our expectations! It was comfortable, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed. There were plenty of extra linens for everyone, and the kitchen had all the essentials. If you’re looking for the perfect lakeside escape, this is the place!”

“We were hoping to enjoy the lake, but the weather did not cooperate! We were happy to discover the pool table, in the basement, though... that saved us!! We were grateful that the AC was on when we got there, because the first day was very hot and humid. There are some things (radio music thing?) that are antiquated, the place is a wee bit dated, but it definitely served our purpose. we were there for our son's graduation from UVM. “The property is in a prime location on Lake Champlain. We brought our own kayaks and access to the lake was easy. The house was stocked with everything we would need and the hosts were very attentive. Helpful Info was provided on activities and shopping in the area. One suggestion for future guests is to bring reading lights, since lighting in common areas was rather dim. ”

“Loved this little beach cottage. Fully stocked with everything you could need. Great location. We were there for UVM graduation and it was 15 min away from just about everywhere we wanted to be! Beds were really comfy. Only thing is the bathroom and shower are tiny - so if you are a larger human, this might be an issue. Otherwise loved it.”

“We spent four nights in this cottage and had a wonderful time. The bed was very comfortable, the unit felt very spacious because of the high ceilings, and the kitchen was well appointed.My only suggestion for improvement: a bureau to store clothing. As pictured, there were two luggage racks for suitcases. There were no other options to put clothes except hooks for coats near the front door. ”

“This was a great vacation, the on-island staff were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. They had kayaks, paddle boards, & toys. The sandy beach is a great hub of the island. Thanks for a great time!”
