“Arrivée par un petit chemin bordé de haies, descendant vers un vallon où l'on découvre au fur et à mesure tous les animaux qu'une ferme peut accueillir : truies, bovins, chevaux, agneaux et basses cours. L'environnement est très pentu et ne laisse pas beaucoup d'espace pour se déplacer sans effort. Le fermier est très accueillant et prompte à rendre service. Le descriptif correspond au cottage. ”

“Lovely cottage just a few minutes walk from the beautiful estuary. The whole place was spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable with lovely bed linen. It has a nice little courtyard at the back and a parking spot five minutes walk up the road, which is a real bonus! We really enjoyed our stay in Wisteria Cottage and would definitely stay there again. ”

“Brilliant property! Amazing to have en-suites in every bedroom. This property was the perfect venue for my partner’s surprise 40th weekend away with friends. The bedrooms were all a fantastic size with en-suites. Private and secluded enabling us to all switch off from the business of our day to day lives and relax. “Lovely house with lots of room and lots of equipment, crockery etc. comfy beds . Outside seating but never used as weather was somewhat wet and windy, but had a couple of sunny spells to make use of hot tub. Jane was very communicative and an ideal host. Thoroughly recommend,”

“The welcome we received from Ashrad was excellent. He went out of his way to welcome us, and to advise us about the locality he is a very friendly gentleman.
He had left tea, coffee, milk and biscuits as a welcome gift. The accommodation was second to none, in a very convenient location. ”

“We spent a quiet 4 days using the rental as a base for walks in the area and region. The kitchen had everything you need in terms of basics, and the lounge was comfortable with a charming wood burning stove. The bed was very comfortable. Would definitely go back.”

Comfortable hotel
"Stayed here for 3 nights on this trip. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service. The air conditioner in the room stopped functioning, but the staff quickly took care of the matter as soon as we reported it and compensated us with many free drink vouchers; the manager got soaked in the process of fixing the air conditioning but continued to apologise to us for the inconvenience. The staff are very welcoming, and the environment is very relaxing. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Exeter.
Special thanks to the hotel manager and one of the hotel staff members for swiftly taking care of the air conditioner issue; despite ending up being wet in the process you both have handled the issue with grace and kindness."
