The sports book was never open. We wanted to watch a cubs game and couldn’t because nobody was there. On the first day I told the desk that our toilet was running and wouldn’t flush properly nobody ever came and fixed it. The sports club was nice and the breakfast at the Nosh was solid

Staff was so friendly. Paula checked us in. Laura got us extra toiletry items. April was very welcoming and nice to talk to at breakfast and Indie checked us out and gave us a couple of waters to go. The place was clean, comfortable and a great price. We would definitely come back here. Family owned and staff feels like family.

The hotel was a complete mess. Lobby under construction. Dust and dirt everywhere. Staff interaction was minimal, it was like they were hiding to avoid contact with guests. Shower didn't drain, hand towel holder came off the wall . Breakfast was a Nature Valley granola bar with coffee like highway asphalt! COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT...
