“Noticed the basement light on went down stairs and found sheets/towels in the washer and dryer. I put the towels in the dryer and placed the dried sheets in a basket. The carpet very dirty. Kitchen floor dirty, knobs and stove dirty. Because of the uncleanness I did not use the kitchen other than a few glasses. The sink seemed to be backing up when I turned on the water to wash the glasses. Bathroom floor and baseboards dirty.

“Overall, I was quite happy with my stay. The location was great for access to the riverfront park which was very nice to stroll along in the evening. My only nits were that it was a pretty good walk to get to any restaurants, the closest grocery store was nearly a mile away and the bed frame squeaked every time I rolled over. “We chose the Lytle Park Hotel for a romantic weekend getaway. We stayed in one of the suites. The room was gorgeous and had beautiful furnishings and decor.
