The staff was friendly, but the brochures need to be updated with the correct pricing, also it would be nice to know that they don’t provide certain spa services when you’re the only one asking for it. “The hotel does have covered parking. It's located next to the hotel, and is limited in that they only have 17 spaces; plus it's an additional 15 euros per day and a city tax to utilize the parking. Parking is in the Volterra's limited traffic zone (ZTL). Contact the hotel if you desire parking, be sure to give them your car plate number so you don't get fined driving into the restricted zone. The rooms were clean but modest. The floors in the hallways and rooms are tile and you do get noise……
