“Just a big gap under the door about an inch but other than that everything was pretty good.”

“Definitely not a three star hotel. Hotel is older and has had repairs. Still needs some updates/repairs. We had no issues with staff, they were all polite, pleasant, and helpful. The hotel and the room were clean. Overall, decent stay. If I had to stay there again in a pinch I would, but still prefer 3-5 star hotels.”

“The food at the bar / restaurant (?) was surprising excellent and large portions. The chicken strips were AMAZING. The staff though short staffed, for that night was great, very attentive. The next morning, the same restaurant staff were ignoring most people, she was more concerned about talking with someone at the bar instead of customers. Front desk staff was nice; and the rooms were clean, though the AC needs some work. (it worked but too well).”

“Not being properly maintained. An elevator button in the lobby was not working, with a paper sign on it. Water was constantly dripping from something in the exterior ceiling onto the concrete where you exit the lobby to the rear parking lot. There was a tear in the wallpaper in our bathroom and a chip in the tub. When we tried to check in at the front desk, nobody was there, simply a sign saying someone would eventually return. After waiting for several minutes, finally we were checked in by an……
