“Dirty room, small bad everything is negative”

“Everything was great. The service was excellent, and the hotel was in perfect condition. Quiet place with spacious and comfortable rooms.”

“I was only there 2 nights. I didn't know it was an extended stay hotel till I got there and read it on the building. That made me a bit apprehensive. But it is a new hotel. Very clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable.”

“Access to natural grocers, park like setting, kitchen to cook in!”

“Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room had a strong odor upon arrival, and I had to purchase air freshener from Walmart to make it more comfortable. In addition, both the room curtains and the shower curtain were noticeably stained, which gave the room an unclean appearance. I hope management addresses these housekeeping and maintenance issues to improve the guest experience.”

“The check in staff was not friendly. The breakfast was great! Especially a staff member who helped with breakfast named Sheryl, she was very friendly and helpful. The coffee maker is too slow, especially since there are no coffee makers in the rooms so having to line up to wait a few minutes for the coffee beans to grind builds up when it's busy, plus one of the machines was down 2 mornings in a row. We had a great time at the pool, it was clean and there were towels there. The rooms were clean……

“Hot tub was down and the pool is shallow and very cold. The breakfast was not great, the waffles had a chemical taste. You have to request house keeping.”

“The property was under renovations, the ice makers only worked on one floor, the elevator floors were dirty. It was definitely what I would expect a Hilton to be. You can do better, let's just say the Best Western we stayed at was kept up way better than this hotel. Great location though.”

“Everything was great however they were doing some remodeling so the area wasn’t as tidy as it could have been and there were no pet bags for the dogs. That’s the only reason it’s not a perfect score. We even paid for 2 nights but only Stayed one. Nothing could be done because we booked and already paid via Expedia.”
