"Live Roach crawling in the shower. Prior renters smoked inside the unit which left a distinct smoke odor each time the ac kicked on. Prior renters left multiple grocery bags full of trash under the kitchen sink cabinet. Alcohol cans, take out and rotting food contributed to the putrid smell. I reported these issues to the front desk upon check out. Smooth check in and out. We only stayed one night as a mini getaway. The appropriate resolution should’ve been a new one night accommodation credit for a different unit. I have pictures and videos."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is sparkling clean and the complex is well maintained. Pool area and intracoastal dock are quiet and relaxing. It's a short walk across the street to the beach (vrbo lists it as oceanfront, but the owner's description is accurate). Trolley stops are convenient. Salt Rock Grill was nice for dinner and we also enjoyed a casual meal at Sharkys. Would definitely stay here again."

"Room was clean. Hosts were very responsive. Paint in bathroom peeling around moldings and door. Older unit. Location was great. Close to beach and inter coastal. Pool was nice to have for cooler/windy days."
