“The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is at the good location with easy parking. The hotel needs some serious updates, The rooms are very small with older carpet. The windows were shut, so there was no airflow.”

“Breakfast was not included. They did serve dinner as well as breakfast. Plenty of parking. Nice staff.”

“Stayed here for two different days on a there and back road trip to Chicago. Clean rooms. Nice room layout. "Award-winning breakfast" is a stretch. Don't get your hopes up. And, while it's not the hotel's fault, the surrounding roadways are a nightmare. There are some potholes that could destroy your car if you're not careful. Assume this is due to the dead/dying mall next door. Otherwise, there are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area, just be careful driving.”

“Unique historical property with well appointed rooms close to downtown. Bar was quaint and small, breakfast was good but customer service on checking in was lacking and parking can be an issue.”
