"So many positive things to say about this place. Weeks prior to check in, I was in communication with staff for room accommodation for a parent who cant walk far. They assired me they will hold a room close to elevators. We checked in around 11pm, the lobby entrance door opens but you need a room key to enter through the second door or you pick up the phone and it calls the lobby staff who will open the door for you. At check in I verified our room request and it was met. Room was two queen beds, lots of space! Desk area with nice chair, nice size TV, entertainment center for storage of belongings, it also held a microwave and mini frig. There was a luggage rack to place your luggage on for easy access, another stand we used to hold the other luggage. The closest was spacious. There is a large mirror that is fixed on the outside of the restroom, loved it. The bathroom was very spacious The pool was nice size, jacuzzi was very relaxing. Chairs were nice and cushion, few modern small tables for drinks by the jacuzzi, great idea! They also had pool towels outside for use and to return used ones. Continental breakfast was awesome, did I mention staff friendly too! Let me also mention after check in i received a text saying if i need anything i can also message through that number. I also received a text the next day asking how my stay is going so far, if i need anything to reach out. This place was great, would absolutely recommend and would stay again."
