“Clean spacious accommodation. Great location being a 10 minute walk into town or to the train station and good road network for local hikes and other towns in the area. Good off street parking. Don’t understand why there are separate internal bins for recycling but they all end up in one large refuge bin outside. “This holiday was amazing. We took over four apartments between 12 family members. We travelled from Manchester and Stirling. What an experience! We couldn’t have dreamt for anything more spectacular and what a setting. Everything we needed was here. Fort Augustus was such a busy little village with cafes, gift shops, a couple of pubs. The monastery is magical, walking around the beautiful corridors, the courtyard, or just walking out to the lake, the whole place is so serene and blissful.
