Walked in to the hotel and immediately noticed no air conditioning in the lobby, not a huge deal.
Staff was very friendly, we had reserved a room with 2 queen beds, staff pointed out we were given a larger room due to it being handicap accessible, once again, very nice of them.
When we walked into our room there an unpleasant odor and the carpet felt wet, I’m guessing the humidity in the building caused this, after a few minutes in the room you got used to it, but it was still noticeable every time you walked in and out of the room,
The pool was great, 9/10cleanliness, the only bad part was that the water was super cold. The hot tub, which also looked amazing, was out of order.
The shower floor in the handicap room needs some cleaning, everything else was very clean. The TV was dish T.v, some of the channels we were watching were freezing and lagging.
Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, waffles, cereal, juice etc. No complaints.
Over all a pretty good experience for the price.
