Everytime the upstairs or side neighbors showered, flushed the toilet or ran the water, you heard it running through the walls of this unit. "We enjoyed our stay and the location was great and central to my kids in Mooresville, Ashville, and Chapel Hill. Their mom also lives in Mooresville so it was a fantastic location. I lived down the hall when they were younger so it brought back lake memories. Always loved the winter morning sun streaming in and getting sunrise and sunset at the properties location"
