To further enhance the location, "Seaside Serenity" at 203 Ocean Palms is located on the end of the building, with a large deck that provides perfect views of the Atlantic Ocean from the living room, dining area, kitchen, and an oceanfront master suite. When it is time to hit the water, Ocean Palms offers a wonderful private swimming pool for the community, a private walkway to the beach, and some of the best waves and stretches of beach anywhere in the Low Country.
The interior of "Seaside Serenity" at 203 Ocean Palms is bright and cheery. The living room provides a perfect blend of colors and comfort. Beautiful floors and a fireplace anchor the lovely decor. The kitchen, recently renovated, is perfect for entertaining your family and has an abundance of supplies to make your family and friends gathering easy and elegant. Stainless steel appliances and quartz surfaces highlight the kitchen area. The master suite will help you dream about the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, with access to an oceanfront deck, king bed, and private bath featuring a garden tub and separate shower. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
