Welcome to Ocean Blvd #102 by AvantStay! This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat boasts a prime beachfront location, ocean views, and a beautiful community pool.

Step inside to discover the bright, open floor plan and professionally decorated living area. A dining area, with seating for 6, creates seamless flow into the fully equipped kitchen. It's been renovated with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an island with barstool seating. The real showstopper lies outside on the balcony—grab a seat, take in the sea breeze, and enjoy the ocean views.

All three bedrooms boast an ensuite bathroom for ultimate convenience. The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed, TV, desk, and ocean views. Its ensuite is highlighted by the garden tub. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds. With amenities like in-unit laundry, on-site park, and direct beach access, every detail has been considered for the perfect stay.

Ideally located, Ocean Blvd #102 on the Isle of Palms is an easy drive to Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant, and Historic Charleston.  Sullivan’s Island (1.3 miles) features Fort Moultrie and wonderful dining options along Middle Street.  In Mount Pleasant (3.1 miles), your family will want to visit Boone Hall Plantation with its avenue of oaks, the USS York Town, Town Center shopping and the restaurants lining the shrimp docks on Shem Creek.  Finally, Historic Charleston (12.1 miles) is the number one tourism destination in the United States and offers some of the world’s finest restaurants, galleries, historic homes, and gardens.

- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The community pool is open May - September but is unheated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

Wonderful location. Perfect 2 week trip until last 3 days. Electrical problem causing waving electricity loss. Was offered a move by management company to another property but opted to check out early. Refund for last 2 days promptly provided.

Good location but ....

Property is close to restaurants which can be quite noisy, as well as the public beach. For 3 days of the visit the elevator did not work. The master bedroom had no closet to use, just a portable rack with 3 hangers. The kitchen cookware was worn out as was the padded wicker furniture on porch. TV in one bedroom also did not work. Several times during our stay the electricity would flicker or go out for a few minutes, then be restored. Great view of beach from unit.

Great location directly on the beach, close to many amenities, restaurant stores, etc. Condo was perfect for a long weekend with family. We had great communication with property management as well. Overall a terrific stay!

This oceanfront condo had breathtaking views. Walking distance to the restaurants and to Harris Teeter. IOP offers more of a quiet venue with most restaurants closing at 10pm through the week and 11pm on weekends. We enjoy quiet and relaxing time with family on vacations. Even though condo is next to 2 public beach access, we had no problem with crowded beaches. The condo unit we rented had email/text sent to me with information for front door code along with private beach access code and pool code. No keys or FOBs which was nice. We look forward to staying here again

Stunning views!

Besides an unfortunate unknown smell (that went away when fan was on and doors were open) this place was amazing! So convenient, super clean and it was literally picture perfect! There was even a view from three master shower!! If we ever went back we would definitely stay here again!

Clean and perfect for family of 4

This condo felt much bigger than we anticipated. Perfect size for myself, my husband and our 2 young adult sons, 18 and 20. The unit was clean and bedding was super soft/heavy. Being such a short walk away from the beach was great. Also walkable to several restaurants. Coconut Joe’s rooftop dining in the spring is a must!
