Great staff, always friendly and helpful. When you walk in the first thing you’ll notice is that it is very clean & well kept. There’s a cute little cat that hangs around. We’ve stayed in a few places in Istanbul and this was easily one of the best on all counts. Careful if you’re tall, the top floor has low ceilings because it’s an attic, but it’s spacious and has great views. All in all, I would recommend anyone to stay here.

A cozy little place very near to Taksim. Staff is very friendly and welcoming will make you feel like at home. Street where located is not that great but location and place itself is very good. I would stay again!

Pretty good neat and tidy. Area a bit shabby. Not far from Taksim though. TV and channels didn’t work. More light in the main room would be nice like on the desk. But a good value. The young man daytime at the reception was helpful and congenial. Night time shift guy was a bit rough.

Konforlu ve yeterli

Otel gayet güzel, tatlı ve konforlu. Odada ihtiyacınız olan her şey var ve evin eski dokusuna dokunulmadan modernleştirilmiş bu tarafını çok sevdik. Odaları temiz ve geniş. Sadece bakıma ihtiyacı olduğunu düşünüyorum ufak tefek şeyler için(duşta su az geliyor, çöp kutusunun pedalı basmıyor vs). İkinci bir öneri de yalnız kadınlar için, otelin bulunduğu mahallede dilenciler farklı tipte insanlar vs var. Beklenmedik değil Beyoğlu’nun kaderi maalesef ama yalnız kadınlar dikkatli olsun. Oteli ve sahiplerini sevdik çift olarak veya aile olarak konaklamaya uygun tekrar kalmayı düşünürüz 😊

Konumu dolayısıyla bi tık gözüm korkmuştu fakat asla pişman olmadım. Mükemmel bir yerdi. inanılmaz konforluydu ve en önemlisi temizdi. Çok tatlı bi beyefendi yardımcı oldu. İnanın bana bu yorumu severek yazıyorum, her harfi , her kelimesi az bile kalıyor. Çok çok memnun kaldık, gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz. Konumu da gayet iyi. Taksime yakın. Yürüyerek 8dk. Mein Mann und ich waren für paar tage in Istanbul und haben dieses Hotel ausgesucht. Ich muss sagen, es ist sauber und die Lage ist Top. Saubere Betten und die Größe des Zimmers war gut. Ich empfehle es weiter.

Very good staff and location

Very good hotel very close to taksim and istiklal street. The staff were super nice and very helpful. Always smiling and ready to help. The room was very good and had everything we needed. In general everything was perfect for the price, and we will definitely stay there when we visit Istanbul again!

Poor rating

Hotel was not as it was mentioned. My rooms safety locker was not working, room intercom was not working. Even after complain nothing happened. On my next day, no one came to clean my room neither towels were replaced on next day Yes the day time reciptionist was very good in behave well, he guide me about the area. But I would not recommend the hotel to stay. Neither it deserves the 9+ rating. It is around 5 rating standards.

Super freundliches Personal (schöne Grüße an Ömer) sehr zuvorkommend, die Gegend schreckt auf dem ersten Blick ein auf aber legt sich schnell denn die Lage ist sehr zentral und ungefährlich, man hat viele Möglichkeiten zum öffentlichen Verkehr… im allem sehr befriedigend würde immer wieder dort einchecken…☺️

All the stuff was super kind and helpful. Omer(manager of the Residence) helped me to arrange the transfers, i made some mistakes in information on arrival and he still managed it very nicely. It was a lovely experience and great location!
