The heating was good especially in those cold January days where its was snowing outside plus the wooden floors .. Also the staff was friendly and kind , the property was very clean and tidy.. One negative point is the lack of elevator so you have to cary your luggage through the stairs otherwise perfect accommodation for the price!

This place never disappoints. The hotel’s central location provides quick access to both the East and West coasts of the city, with the very heart of Taksim Square just a minute’s walk away. The rooms are well-kept, and the bathrooms and other amenities are clean.

Area is conveniently located right next to Taksim square and Istiklal street! You’ll also be located next to the metro station and taxi station! The hotel is quiet and the staff are extremely kind and welcoming! We stayed 10 days here and we loved it!

Great value and quiet escape next to Taksim

Small hotel with spacious rooms and friendly service. Got my room upgraded with a nice patio where i had my morning coffee. The most important (for me) was how quiet was the the street/hotel considering the location right next to Taksim.

Still A Great Hotel

I stayed here in 2020 and just returned now. The hotel has a great location for getting around Istanbul. Mehmet on reception was friendly and kindly upgraded my room. The room was warm and spacious and had everything you may need. The bathroom had a great shower. I would stay again and recommend.

Generally accepted for a short stay (max 2 days) - The apparent main door is different with the reception so you need to ask for opening the door every time you gonna go to the room - There may be no elevator, be careful with your choice - The apartment needs service, some floors have no light and its totally invisible at night - Staff barely speak Eng. well - the towels and blanket are very old and washed many times so far. They were torn out - the fridge didn’t work - Internet has latency and was poor - The room are was not sound proof and can be hard to sleep at night - Down stair door make a loud noise while closing and shake whole apartment - Ventilation is noisy + good location to Taksim and Airport bus + tidy place

We stayed at the hotel for Teen nights overall; not bad. The staff was friendly. We booked a basement room, but when we arrived, they gave us a room on the second floor. Thanks for this. But I am very disappointed because after Five days, our bathroom light suddenly turned off automatically. The next day morning, I informed the reception; they told me they would repair it two days later, but they did not repair it. For the last four days, we used the mirror light, which was very low. It was very hard for me when I was shaving. I am very disappointed.

OK stay but could be better

Safe to say the hotel is due for an upgrade. Not sound proof. No lift. I first booked through Hotels.com for 4 nights and extended for another 3 nights thinking I would save money from booking directly through the hotel but ended up paying more $50/night; higher than hotels.com rate. The first room was big, on the 3rd floor (no lift! Had to take stairs!), area rugs needs to be washed. Internet was very interrupted, not working for couple nights. I asked to be transferred on the lower floor, unfortunately the people above me had the heaviest stomped, woke me up at 130am and kept their noise for over an hour- my sleep was certainly disturbed. Breakfast was 150 TL, but pricey for what was served. The housekeeping was very nice. The guys at the reception was nice too but they need to stop taking control of the air conditioning. Very close to Taksim square and metro. Lots of restaurants around the area. Area is Ok-safe and could be cleaner.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room I stayed in had no windows, and the ventilation was poor and unpleasant when working. Although the hotel is close to Taksim Square, the area does not feel safe, especially at night. I would not recommend this hotel for a family trip.
