“the staff was very nice and the restaurante staff was unbelievable good !!!!”

“The hotel was great except we were given a room with a the view that we had paid for. At the checkout, when asked, we were told that we should have asked at the checkout in, which makes no sense. The top floors are not blocked by the shorter buildings across. The elevator buttons were also flaky. They light up after the card scanned, and then they would go off. That happened half of the time. Otherwise, a great hotel in a great location and we had a great time.”

“Good property, all clean, good breakfast, there is a shopping center just in front of the hotel, the only thing is the rooms are not soundproofing, you can hear everything from the hallway and you are not able to sleep after 07am.”

“The room was clean, decent, and comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of options to choose from, and the staff provided awesome customer service. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to both Copacabana and Ipanema beaches, with shops, restaurants, and a shopping mall conveniently nearby.”

“Generally overall a good stay and right next to the beach and Fairmont Hotel. Restaurants, night market and shopping all within walking distance. Good for walks along beach. Hotel balcony has great views. Gym is very very basic but a day pass can be bought for 50rs and there is a chain of smart fit gyms. Breakfast at hotel is excellent and would recommend to start the day with. Breakfast is optional at about 25rs per person. Hotel rooms basic but good. Overall a pleasant stay close to all……

“We stayed at this hotel in Copacabana, and our experience was a mix of positives and negatives. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist, which we truly appreciated. The lobby area was okay, but the overall condition of the rooms was disappointing. The rooms were poorly cleaned, and the shower was especially frustrating and in need of improvement. The main reason we chose this hotel was the location, and that was definitely the highlight. Being in such a great area……
