"I cannot say enough how wonderful our stay was at Oak Manor. We stayed here for our daughter’s law school graduation and we had 15 family and friends join us. The house was exceptional. So clean and comfortable. We cooked all of our meals together and grilled out on the terrace. "This property was just what we needed in terms of size for our group of 4 adults, and proximity to all the places we like to visit. It’s situated very close to some great hiking areas and wineries along the trail. The bathrooms and kitchen were stocked with all our needs, the place was very clean and comfortable, and communication was easy and very quick with Steve. "We traveled to Advance for a long weekend to view the total solar eclipse. Host provided excellent instructions for arrival. Every room was as described. Nice decor - including vintage duck decoys. Grocery shopping was nearby. We had a delicious meal and delicious drinks at El Mexicano restaurant. There were Subway and McDonald’s fast food options nearby as well."
