"Great stay; loved that you could actually use the outdoor pool and hot tub since they were heated (Sept is tricky, temp wise!) Room was comfortable and workout area was nice. Had a great massage at the spa. Only disappointment was the "free" electric charging station- 4 chargers but 3 were out of service and the 4th was taken. When I told the front desk they just shrugged about it and said thanks for letting me know. the previous night when I asked about it they said I think they work, you can try it. We have a hybrid, so not a huge deal, but I did look at this perk and it factored into my choice for the hotel. Aside from that, all staff was very courteous and helpful. Highly recommend. A note, we were here mid-week in Sept; other reviews noted that it is family friendly and there were many kids. I love kids, so no problem for us, but if you are booking prime summer time or ski vacations, there will probably be many families enjoying the great amenities."
