“Do not recommend. Three strikes and we left for a different option. Strike one: room somewhat dirty and smelled funny Strike two: Remote didn’t work with TV Strike three: An hour after we arrived and were settling in we discovered that the water had just been turned off due to a plumbing problem and “hopefully” would be back on by the next day. Nope, we’re out, packed up and went elsewhere. The only good thing I have to say is that Carrie the counter person was understanding and apologetic.”

“I specifically booked a non-smoking room, but the moment I walked in, I was hit with a strong cigarette smell. It honestly smelled like walking into a casino in Reno. I immediately notified the front desk, but all they said was that it was on the non-smoking side of the hotel. They made no effort to address the issue or offer another room.
