After a half hour to 45 minutes I went down to the front desk for help. After about a half hour of her talking in Italian, I received conformation of the changes. Both of them at the front desk were helpful, kind and patient with me. I couldn't be happier."

There were plenty of things to do and see (views of volcano, swimming, pool bar, evening music).
