After being buzzed into the hotel we waited over 20 minutes for staff to join us in the lobby to check us in.
Unfortunately there was no key card entry. Anyone coming in to the hotel had to ring the doorbell and wait for staff to buzz you in.
Otherwise friendly and helpful staff.
Spacious room with a sitting area but TV only in bedroom. So we never used the sitting room.
Hotel located within walking distance of Old San Juan. Fifteen minute walk to Plaza de la Colon.
Expedia asked us to rate the breakfast but we were not offered breakfast nor did we see a place in the hotel for breakfast.

Staff was excellent great morning breakfast very accommodating and knowledgeable about the area room was a bit small but we made the most of it and for future guests if you rent a car rent the smaller car if you've never driven in San Juan it's very tight compared to other streets back in the US overall would definitely book again for a great stay

Overall, we had a great experience. The room and the hotel (generally speaking) were clean and very modern. The opportunity here was the floor number 6, lobby and pool area. My only feedback for improvement is: need better control on drunk people at the lobby bar,
