Asked for a refund from the hotel and hotels.com and was told no. Stay away from there it's horrible"

"Avoid this place. I checked in and immediately checked out. I did not feel safe. It’s in a sketchy part of KC, abandoned vehicles in the lot, broken screens, blinds, the bathroom was dismantled in my room, no security lock on door. Awful. "
