“Rooms are well appointed and location is great but the age of the building shows. Any one even steps on the floor next to or above your room and it can be heard very loudly. Also, there is no street parking here. The website is not accurate. You have to park you car elsewhere and get your luggage here”

“We spent our Whitsun holidays at the JW Marriott Crete with our young kids and had a great time. The resort is beautiful, located right at the quiet end of Marathi Bay. It’s incredibly family-friendly—the staff were amazing with the children, and the kids' pool is perfect since it's shallow, warm, and shaded by a sun sail. Our suite was also great, featuring comfortable sofa beds and its own private pool. The hotel restaurants are good but quite expensive, though there are plenty of nice,……

“Nice hotel. Nice rooms and pool area. Lovely Spa area but shame you have to book and pay for sauna. Normally are free but not a real issue. Gym looks good too but did not use. Very close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful, polite and always at hand. The food in the restaurant and pool area and breakfast, also drinks were all tasty and well priced. Very lovely hotel and spa. would definately recommend and visit again”

“在舊城內的住宿，好處是可體驗舊城氛圍，享受優美的港口景色，但缺點就是停車問題，舊城區只有早上7-9開放車輛開入，建議輕裝入住，拖行李太痛苦，尤其是退房時剛好遇到大暴雨～ 港口景的房間有的有陽台有的沒有，入住前建議確認一下，這次就住到沒陽台的，有陽台的會更棒”

“Wonderful staff that help you a lot. During our 6 days of stays, they hlped us in orientation, restaurant recommendation, car rental, travel suggestions, communication in delayed luggage, etc. 1 min to the old harbor ans great harbor view on the roof with music, snacks and drinks. I have to say great service that I seldom seen in my yeas of traveling around the world.”

“The hotel had a 80s decor and vibe, but the not-so-modern outlook is totally, if not over compensated, by the impeccable service, cleanliness, view at the breakfast restaurant, quality of food, and the ample size of the swimming pools which provide more than enough room for everybody to enjoy. We have had an amazing time there! I paid extra for a side sea view room because the picture looks like a frontal sea view, but it wasn’t, and I probably would not have chosen the same room type next time.……

“Location of the hotel is great as it’s within easy walking of nearby tavernas and the old town. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Loved sitting in the jacuzzi bath and looking at the beautiful view.”

“Overall is a Great property, It’s a great beach view, breakfast was delicious, staff were friendly and room was clean. The reasons I don’t rate with 5 stars: I asked for AirPort shuttle upon my arrival, but nobody showed up, room phone didn’t work and clean lady smacked my door really hard twice even though I out the do not disturb sign.”

“Amazing stay! Staff were so nice! We did a lot around the area so did not really stay much during the day but the staff still made the most effort to create a genuine connection with us and made us coffees to go for our day trips every morning!! The room was also so spacious and cleaned daily!!”
