“Nice hotel. Nice rooms and pool area. Lovely Spa area but shame you have to book and pay for sauna. Normally are free but not a real issue. Gym looks good too but did not use. Very close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful, polite and always at hand. The food in the restaurant and pool area and breakfast, also drinks were all tasty and well priced. Very lovely hotel and spa. would definately recommend and visit again”

“The hotel had a 80s decor and vibe, but the not-so-modern outlook is totally, if not over compensated, by the impeccable service, cleanliness, view at the breakfast restaurant, quality of food, and the ample size of the swimming pools which provide more than enough room for everybody to enjoy. We have had an amazing time there! I paid extra for a side sea view room because the picture looks like a frontal sea view, but it wasn’t, and I probably would not have chosen the same room type next time.……

“Such a lovely place to stay. We took our toddler and it was perfect for her. The staff were all so lovely and friendly and made an effort with our little one. The location was great as it was peaceful and felt very secluded. It’s very close to some lovely beaches and restaurants (that you can walk to). We hired a car which made Kanso rooms a perfect base for visiting Chania old town and other beaches. The resident cats were gorgeous and escorted us to our room whenever we arrived back. Our room……
