“All of the staff provided great Customer Service!! They went above & beyond to be helpful. The motel is old, & smells old.. The motel needs to be updated. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom floor had numerous cracks in the tile, the carpet had been cutout under the bed and a piece of carpeted wood was put down to cover the hole, the lamp shade was broke and propped up to stay balanced, but numerous holes were in the shade.from it continually falling. Motel is two floors, stairs……
