"The room was lovely and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The shower in my room barely worked however, unless there was something I missed about how to operate it? It was great to have the restaurant right onsite in the hotel. The grounds were in tough shape, granted recent weather was not helpful either. It was Easter wkd., so my thinking is flowers in the foyer or by the front door would have really been lovely. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!"

"This place is beautiful! Well kept and very quiet with the exception of the A/C unit that it was loud! The staff was very very friendly and helpful! I had some specific request and they helped me every single time. The restaurant had great food and views of the water. "

"Check in was a little confusing but everyone was so nice! (We had to find the host at the restaurant). That said, the room was cozy, comfortable and SPOTLESS clean! This is an older building with New England charm that is beautifully clean and lovely. Location cannot be better, as it’s right in the commercial center of York. We ate at the restaurant twice and everyone was lovely. Will absolutely recommend this Inn!"

"Stayed here for family reunion and birthday celebration. Large house was perfect! Plenty of seating and enclosed sunroom was our favorite place to watch the ocean crashing against the rocks. Bedrooms were very large and comfy."

"Beautiful property and very clean. In a quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy. 5 min ride to the beach. The hot tub was a wonderful asset in winter. Suggestions to earn the 5th star: The kitchen could use improvement: in absence of a dishwasher a drying rack for dishes would be great to have. We only found 1 wine glass in the cabinets - might be good to restock to a full set of 2 :) The water pressure in the bathroom sink is very low, but in the shower it is fine. I would definitely...

"Reserved 3 queen beds, got 1 king and 1 queen and a sleeper sofa. King bed was so uncomfortable my wife couldn't sleep in it and moved to couch. "
