Perfect Place

The house lived up to its billing. Clean, with plenty of space for the 6 of us. Location is perfect. We could walk to all the spots. We would definitely stay there again

Great location.

3 couples in our group. The place is not large but it provides an excellent location close to everything. Grocery store is just steps away which was very nice. The back yard was amazing. Nice little pool. A nice sitting area and a table by the grill. We all had a great time and we would stay here again.

Perfect Location

This place was perfect for us and our extended family. We loved all the amenities especially all the towels that were provided in the bathrooms and for the pool area which was a perfect spot to hang out for all of us. Thank you!!

Bimini Suite - Key West

Perfect location, perfect size, was a little worried about the parking situation but turned out to be a non-issue. For a multi unit rental it felt very private. If I had to give it just one small criticism it would be that there was a slight musty odor to the home that I suppose should be expected given the age of the building. Beds were comfortable but bring your own pillow if you don't like a hard pillow.

Great 3bed/3bath stay with pool and walking distance to Duval St. Bedrooms were cool with window AC units but AC struggled to keep main living area cool and refrigerator just didn't cool (freezer worked fine). Overall, great place but needs a new refrigerator and maintenance on AC unit.

Great location!

This house is in a great location within short walking distance to Duval St and grocery store and restaurants right on the corner. There are multiple units in this home that share the pool and we stayed in the one that faces and walks right out to it (The Bimini Suite). Comfortable rooms and overall nice place to stay. The only thing to note is that the fridge really didn’t get very cold at all so everything was lukewarm. Otherwise, perfect place for our girl’s trip!

Great Location

Within minutes of Duval street and you can walk to pretty much everything. Only issue we found is the central A/C doesn’t work and they have installed window units for each room. Issue with that is the common area gets very hot if all the doors are shut. Other than that blemish. This is a nice location with a pool with great customer service.

Perfect!

My friends and I stayed to celebrate some 40th birthdays. Location and quality were great. Rental staff communicated with us so quickly. The only thing the property might improve on would be new flooring at some point and keeping the pool area a bit neater. Besides that, we would highly recommend this great spot for your next trip!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only really good thing about this unit is the location. The location is perfect with lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance and quiet too. The pool is a nice amenity, but definitely needs some work done along with the patio. It could be a lot nicer. The maintenance crew was there every day blowing off leaves, etc. and testing the ph levels in the pool. I wish as much care was taken on the inside. The unit was pretty clean, but the kitchen countertop is peeling off in 2-3 areas, the dishwasher is broken (and looks like it’s been that way since May), air conditioning units need cleaned or filter changed (very dirty), and the flooring in all the bathrooms needs replaced (feels like it’s ready to cave in when you walk on it, not sure what the problem is, maybe leaking underneath flooring?). The unit definitely needs some work done. We were not happy with the condition of the unit and you can’t tell this from the pictures online.

The place could definitely use a few upgrades. The grill needs a good cleaning or to be replaced. The pool area is awesome, but needs some TLC. Love the pergola and couch, but it is very dirty. The birds make a mess on everything, especially under the pergola and grill.There was once a large cooler out by the pool. That was a great feature!! Not sure what happened with that. Overall we really like the Bahama House. We always meet fun people here. We would stay here again, hopefully after some sprucing up!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: PROS: Location was great! Close to Duval Street! CONS: Pictures are deceiving, did not depict the actual place when we arrived. AC did not work in Bimini suite, pool area was very dirty. Parking was a problem - first come first parking spot but continuously getting called or having to call to move cars (nothing can be done about that so just need to be prepared for that). Very dated and really needs a deep cleaning of rugs and furniture. Floors also felt like they had been flooded and warped.I loved the location but do not think I would book again. Place is definitely for younger partiers that just need a place to crash and don’t care about their surroundings or comfort.

Spring 2025 Getaway

Great Location!

This property had everything we needed for a quick getaway with friends. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms was exactly what we needed. We utilized the outdoor pool area every day of our stay. The best quality was the location! Close to everything and in walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go!
