Key West Getaway

The location was perfect, far enough from the bar scene and close enough to the docks for nice morning walks. The bakery around the corner was fabulous and the area was very quiet and inviting. The pool was the perfect size to relax after a day riding bikes through key west.

Amazing Place, Amazing Host, Amazing Stay!

Overall everything was amazing! The location was in walking distance of food! A short Uber ride to the bars and beach! Book here for a hospitable stay, we really enjoyed the communication and the quick responses with questions! Will stay again!!!!

Great little house

Clean comfortable house located in a convenient and quiet location. Just a couple of blocks down to the waterfront, then a few more to get to Duval. Will stay here again if available

Fishing birthday trip

A true hidden gem

This beautifully appointed home was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The location was perfect. Close enough to all the Key West attractions and far enough out to be peaceful and relaxing. I highly recommend shopping on Caroline Street and dining at Pepe’s Cafe and Steakhouse!

Beautifully appointed, comfortable stay

Convenient location to walk in old town, and to bike (rental) also. Kitchen had everything, plus extras, new dish sponge, dish towels, etc Great guidance on laminated sheet (two sides). Shades kept apartment cool, and light from patio and pool was sufficient.

Great family time

The property looks like the pictures . It is very cozy . It is located in a very quiet neighborhood , about 20 min walking from the center. It does not have a designated parking spot but parking around the house is not a problem. Check in and communication with the property manager is very easy . I read I’m another review that the pool was not warm enough but in our case since we arrived the pool was perfectly warm

The Best of Key West

Very charming place with everything you need! Communication was outstanding, extremely clean and the furniture was all very nice. Older review about the furniture being stained is no longer valid. We would stay again. The only improvement I would recommend is the mattresses. That’s being extremely picky.

Mid week get away

The house was great. About 8-10 min walk to Duval. We rented a scooter due to the hot weather. It was also good to have so we didn’t loose our parking space. We just parked the scooter inside the properties fence. With the scooter everything we wanted to see was within a 10 min drive. The pool in the back yard was great on the hot days. Tons of things to see and do. Whitney the property manager was great with communication. Will definitely return.

It was perfect for us. It had it all. The two down sides were the pool which was only a dipping pool was not clean. There was mold around the edges and inside. Yuck. Also, there was no allotted parking and we had to literally walk blocks to park. Not fun.

Cottage in Key West

It was a cute house, but it didn’t fit six people comfortably. The couch was in the middle of the living room and our guest was woken up if anyone needed the kitchen. Also there was no covering on the entire back so the light for the couch sleeper was invasive. The downstairs bedroom had a strong mold smell from the air conditioning unit. The linen and towels were worn as were the dishes. The cutlery and dishes were minimal. I had to buy paper goods The shades were tempermental. The backyard and spa were delightful as was the location.

Great stay, great house, great location

Really had a terrific stay in Key West, thanks in huge part to this great house in a great location. Started perfectly when we found an open parking spot right in front of the house. Never needed the car for the rest of the trip. We had a little issue at check-in, but Brian was able to handle it immediately. The house was spotless and in the perfect location for us. Loved just hanging out on the porch watching all of the passerbyers. Also really enjoyed that cocktail pool. Looked so small initially, but we ended up loving it so much that it inspired us to have a similar one at our own house. We brought two small dogs, but the house was not the most pet friendly we stayed at mainly because of no grass anywhere for them to do their business. But that seems pretty typical for Key West and we/they made it work. All in a fantastic trip and we hated to have to leave!

Heated Pool

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice little home. Clean, spacious and well maintained. Our main reason for renting this place was the heated pool since this was January trip. It was a really nice amenity. It's a quick walk to Duval street and there is a little store on the corner. The only complaint is parking, or lack thereof. Parking is nearly impossible. There is no designated parking spot and most are reserved for permit holders. On arrival we spent almost 90 minutes circling the neighboring blocks looking for a parking place. Once we found one a block away we left the rental car in the same spot for the whole visit. Even during the weekdays all of the spots on the block were filled or reserved.

Perfect Location

Absolutely perfect little treasure in an exceptional location. Close to everything, beautiful, clean and comfortable house. Despite a hiccup with the air conditioning on night one, and a very rapid response by management, the trip was ideal. We go every year and this is hands down one of the best properties we have stayed at in Key West.
