The Palms is a cozy hotel with lovely staff. Lounge on their huge porch or poolside. Free breakfast is a bonus. I would not hesitate to stay at The Palms during my next visit to Key West. I received more than I anticipated 😊

Thank you so much!! The staff at this resort is amazing. I am pregnant and they made sure to assist me with all needs that came up without issue. The restaurant in the resort serves great food (better than some of the places surrounding the resort, just stay in and relax) and the pools were at the perfect temp. As a Floridian I hate going into freezing water and there isn’t a frozen pool anywhere around. Again thank you guys so much, I will definitely recommend this resort to anyone planning a trip to key west.

Spent a week here for our 10 yr anniversary. We had a king room with a balcony, our room was huge with a great balcony. The only issue with the balcony was that the room above had their air conditioner running and the condensation dripped down onto our balcony. The bathroom had a couple of spots that could have been mold, buy didnt make a big deal about it. They only allow 1 room cleaning per week, but you have to schedule it and then make sure you're out of the room for several hours. The pool bar is great, we usually swam at the pineapple pool b/c we could usually find chairs there. We also went to the beach one afternoon for a few hours...beach chairs and umbrellas are free for resort guests, so definitely take advantage. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great bartenders. The only disadvantage we thought while of staying here was that most of the restaurants are a ways down Duval. We found a few good places to eat, but ended up walking down to the other end for lunches/dinners.

First time to Key West! Hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. I’d definitely go back and stay @24 North!!

This place was amazing. My husband and I went here for our honeymoon and couldn’t have asked for better service. The concierge was amazing and made sure the best options for our stay were given to us. The lobbyist was amazing always, they were top notch. The pool and the bar was so accommodating and the 2 complimentary drinks everyday was awesome! 6$ is the cheapest drink you will be served. We saw so many iguanas and roosters! Be careful about leaving your food the birds will eat immediately, lol. You were close enough to Duvall st for the shuttle to take you every night and they are so accommodating too! Make sure you put your name on the list early morning for dinner rides. Go to the Hemingway home and rent bicycles!!

Great stay. Fourth time. It’s so close to everything you want to do in key west. We find a spot to park and walk everywhere else.
