“Place is decent for a small group. We traveled with 5 adults. Beds upstairs were good. Downstairs pull out was uncomfortable. There is a 50 HOA “parking fee” to get into the property. This is communicated after booking but not before. A little ridiculous because you do not receive anything for this additional cost. It was a good house for our purpose. Some instructions are a little confusing. Fans made noise, at least the ones we could turn on. No remote was found anywhere for the second……

“I don’t recommend this house at this time. It feels like no one has been inside the property for a year. It has dusty, breaking down furniture, dirty make-up wipes on the night stands, spiders in the corners, trash in the backyard, and more. Not to mention the host does not turn on VRBO notifications so you must give our your personal number or call the VRBO assist line to get help. My group all voted to leave early because it just was not worth staying at. Until this property get some updates,……

“We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The place was nice, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our visit. The furniture was comfortable, and the kitchen was adequately equipped for preparing meals.We did have a little trouble figuring out how to turn on the TV at first, but eventually realized the light switch needed to be turned on for the TV to work.
