“My wife and I had to be moved to another room because of a broken shower , and a tub that wouldn't drain . We also encountered roaches and ants . At 10pm that evening the Front Desk attendant moved us to the 3rd floor to a different room . After the move all was fine , it just made for a long sleepless night because we had to leave at 5am. All in all the stay was disappointing, and left a bad impression.”

Elevator was broken so we had to bring luggage and 6 month old up and down the fire escape.
