“I had to leave because the noise was unbearable. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but only stayed for 1 in the end due to the noise.
We book a hotel to try and sleep in and relax. However the music from the bar was so loud.
The music went on till midnight, then started again at 7am and went on the whole next day, louder at night. I had the TV on loud, and could still not hear it because of the bass/music coming from the bar. Plus the banging from the corridor of doors, especially from the...

They seemd a little short staffed and, although the food was good, the tables were dirty and (bizarrely) the host told us the half empty restuarant was 'fully booked'. “The lift was broken so the service lift was the only option. However the landing areas were 'behind the scenes' and poor quality.
I did not much care for the long black hairs stuck to the walls of the shower from a previous guest. Clearly not a good cleaning regime.
