"The place to use as your base whilst in this beautiful City. Close to everything, The Old Town,Royal Mile ,Castle,then across Waverley Bridge to Princes Street .Absolute must if your on a budget,and are planning to be our every day. 4 bed dorm,clean ,shower,toilet facilities. "Friendly staff, front desk was very helpful taking our backpacks and putting them in storage as we arrived early in the morning. We stayed in one of the windowless rooms but it is decorated with a curtain that makes look like there is one. Room and bathroom were very clean. AC worked fine. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Definitely would stay again."

"We arrived very early from our flight and the room was not ready. We left our luggage with the front desk and went to check out Edinburgh. Went back in the afternoon to check in, then went back out for dinner, walked around some more, then back and a had a drink in the hotel bar. Was even able to bring my second drink up to the room. This hotel was awesome. The staff ALL of them were incredible."

"Great location just outside Edinburgh with public transport links into the City. We had a double bedded twin room which was spacious with a good range of amenities. We made good use of the swimming pool & spa facilities. Breakfast offered a lot of variety. The only minor niggles were no after hours food options / room service. We tried ordering from takeaways but sadly they weren’t prepared to deliver that far out? There is a direct bus service into Edinburgh located on the busy main road outside the hotel entrance. A dedicated pedestrian path through the grounds would be useful to avoid having to walk on the road particularly when returning at night with poor lighting. ….that aside I would happily recommend this hotel."
