“My wife and I enjoyed our stay here! The room is basic but equipped with all the essentials (private entrance, private bathroom, kitchen sink, and fridge). It’s perfect for use as a home base while spending your days out and about. It is very close to a bus stop, about a 4 min walk, which gives easy connection to the rest of the city. The family is very quiet and we were not disturbed at all during our stay. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Dalkeith, Eskbank, UK Vacation Rental. It was conveniently located to shopping, transportation, and Edinburgh. It was easy to get around and we weren't stuck in the busy center of Edinburgh.”

“It was a lovely stay. The house is spacious and enough for 5 people. We like the backyard and the kitchen mostly. We are the first guest but we liked it. Tram is exactly 13-15 min walk. Bus stop is also near by but not that frequent. On cleanliness washroom and cupboard can be little more but I am sure the host of this house is so good that he will take this point. “Pristine house with high ceilings and 5 FULL bedrooms with attached master baths. The walls and doors are thick so you cannot hear the other guests — this was perfect for our group as we were aged 2-78 and everyone was on different sleep schedules. Multiple playgrounds, groceries, coffee shops, and restaurants within close walking distance. 2 minute walk to the airport tram. Perfect place for groups to stay ”

“All was great. This is a working stable with horses and those many that have to care for horses, plus at least one friendly dog. You felt welcomed and that was appreciated. With a 15 minute drive you are in North Berwick and so close to John Muir park and Seacliff. Seacliff is special. The only, and minor, negative was that it was not a peaceful place when we were there- lots of tree trimming (Chain saw) and chipping- so very noisy at times. I would guess this is a rare event and suggested to……

“The cabin had everything we needed. It's lovely and the area is beautiful. We had a hill facing cabin and loved the view. We had what we needed to cook meals, and loved the bottle of prosecco left for us. ”

“If you want to explore Edinburgh this is a really great location. While compact, we were comfortable as a family of 5, and the kitchen was very well stocked, with some lovely personal touches. Station and supermarket both an easy walk. Very nice.”
