“This was an amazing stay! The property offered many amenities. The owners really thought of everything and provided everything you could possibly need for a great stay! Very clean, well decorated, and fully stocked for a great stay! Owners provided great communication and were extremely kind. We loved staying here!”

“The apartment was incredibly clean and tastefully furnished. The kitchen was well-stocked. There were plenty of towels and hot water. The deck is huge, although "Ocean views from deck" is slightly misleading - I could see the ocean on the horizon through a gap in the trees only when standing. The apartment is about a mile from the beach, where we found convenient beach access with abundant parking. Our host, Artim, did a great job communicating with us before, during, and after our trip. “Perfect get away for a few days, host is very good at responding and the sweetest. Place is cute and cozy and very clean! Would recommend! Great price too!”

“The Sanderling is a nice resort. It sits on the beach and has a great view of the sun rise in the mornings. The staff is very friendly. They will happily setup chairs and umbrellas on the beach for you. The resort is a bit dated. The fencing around the property is aged. The room was very nice and clean. There are a lot of dead bugs and spiders everywhere. The balcony sliding door has dead bugs in the slider which could use a clean up. We did not use the amenities like the pool, hot tub, or gym.……

“The main house was the perfect setting for a quick getaway to the OBX! The location feels incredibly private, even with the pods on either side, and was beautifully appointed. Despite feeling a world away from it all, we could be at shops and restaurants in three minutes. Absolutely the best of both worlds! We definitely look forward to coming back in the future.”

“Super nice to deal with! Timely response. Nice to work with real people. Highly recommend.”

“Absolutely wonderful stay in Kitty Hawk. The property was perfect. The host was supportive and friendly. Check in and check out were easy and simple. Great location, fair price, and a superb experience. Highly recommend!”

“Very nice accommodations and close to all the activities including the beach. Great value. I would recommend to couples who are coming to OBX.”

“We enjoyed our stay here! Place was clean, everything as advertised. Pool was a nice plus. We would definitely recommend this condo to others!”

“House was clean and location was amazing! There is a lifeguard at the beach entry. Amenities were good. Not many larger dishes to cook and shower very small. Outdoor shower made it nice to rinse off when coming off the beach. Would be great if the outdoor shower was enclosed to give another viable shower.”
