“Excellent. The sea views amazing”

“It was a very bad communication with the owner to begin with. Will let her know that that’s our flight will be delayed and we will arrive after midnight because on the website states that’s the check-in only till midnight she refuse to give us the code till we arrive at the property door who called her and then she gave us the code to get the key to our surprise. It was very dated. Property looks more like a basement no light at all. I mean natural light it is a ground floor but again it felt……

“The staff was very nice and helpful. It is close and walking distance to restaurants.. the room, hot air conditioner”

“Amazing hotel, views from my room were spectacular. Irene and the rest of the staff were the best, super helpful. Can’t not recommend this place enough. Must stay here if you visit Chania. Breakfast was great. Cleanliness and hospitality was 10/10. Perfect stay.”

“near beach, supermarket, 10 minutes to shops and restaurant, 15 minutes to central bus station”

“The hotel is conveniently located and close to the main bus terminal and the amazing old Venetian harbour. The room was clean and tidy. The choices of food for breakfast were adequate.”

“The price is reasonable and the hotel is convenient.”

“Everything about this hotel was perfection! The details were so thoughtfully considered, and as we needed things, we found that they were all there for us in our room, conveniently placed, and beautifully appointed. Katerina was a very welcoming host and always made sure that everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this place to anybody who wants a perfect quiet location and the comforts that you appreciate when you travel.”

“Property was in great location; very nice accomodations. Upon arrival directions to the room should state must walk through the restaurant- workers at the restaurant were not aware of the hotel room. If have luggage steps are steep and there is no porter to help....The sister property was very helpful - had elevators Domus Renier onsite support - would stay there next time. Domus Fresco no support staff”

“Clean room, staff is very friendly, breakfast is good!Property is very good and clean!Only need to update the tv cable is very limited tv channels!Very good hotel”

“The staff at Amphora is the best and so helpful. Truly one of the most charming experiences. We’re so glad we picked their hotel!”

“It was clean but there was no window? And it was really really loud”

“The hotel is very well located at the harbor and the room was very clean. A lot of attention to detail. The breakfast was very good. The manager Eva was super nice and extremely helpful.”
