"I had a wonderful stay overall. The staff was excellent, very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The only issue I experienced was with the room keys. I stayed for two nights, but after the first night my key stopped working. Then on the day of checkout, before checkout time, my partner’s key also stopped working. Other than that small inconvenience, everything else was excellent and I truly enjoyed my stay."

"1. Upon arrival, valet service was unavailable. When I called reception for guidance, I was directed to park in a random parking garage nearby. As a guest unfamiliar with the area, I had to walk alone for approximately 10 minutes at night carrying my belongings, which felt unsafe and completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. 2. The hotel had run out of drinking water entirely. No bottled water was available anywhere. I have honestly never experienced a hotel being unable to provide basic drinking water to guests. 3. The guests in the room next door woke me up at 2:49 AM due to an extremely loud conversation. The walls are so thin it sounded as though they were inside my room. I recorded a video with a timestamp where the entire conversation can clearly be heard. The noise continued for roughly 30 minutes, stopped briefly, and then started again before 4:00 AM. I ultimately left the hotel as early as possible with a migraine because I could no longer rest. 5. The experience was so poor that I would genuinely rather sleep in my car than stay at this hotel again. 6. I expressed my concerns at checkout and was told the message would be relayed to a manager. I never heard from anyone afterward, which only reinforced how little concern there seems to be for guest experience. 7. Lastly, the staff throughout the stay came across as unfriendly and completely indifferent to whether guests were taken care of."

"Family was up all night with a kid stomping and jumping off a bed in the room above ours. Was up till 330am. Told the staff and they sent security up but it continued. When we went to check out I told the front desk lady who knew about it and the security being sent to offer no compensation just oh yeah sorry about that."

"Room was dirty, door handle and lock were broken. Bed linens visibly dirty. Bathroom shower drain was broken pink slime in the shower. Toilet was disgusting not cleaned properly. One of the queen beds sheets were not changed there was still hair from previous guest so was not able to use that bad. I also was not able to take a shower because the bathroom was disgusting. I was physically injured from the bed rails sticking out of the bed frame. Would not recommend staying here. Management was terrible not helpful and very detached. Did not care about the guests at all and refused a refund or compensation. I will be reaching out to Holiday Inn corporate about management and all of these issues. Disgusted with the property and the management. DO NOT STAY HERE!"
