“Upon arrival I was automatically given an already assigned room! ( guest was already using the room ;quite comfortably ). The room that we were then reassigned too had only one light throughout the whole room, television remote was basically falling apart (management taped over the front for better usage); the sheets had burn holes , blanket was terribly thin; we felt as if we were using a throw sheet! Bathroom was disgusting (shower curtain stained deep yellow, toilet was in need of a good deep……

“The hotel is downtown and serviceable with a decent restaurant and Starbucks nearby. But it is loud as it is on the corner of two busy streets. We were disappointed to have no cleaning nd room service during our two night stay.”

“Loved the bar and the connecting restaurant even though it closed early. Rooms were nice but I didn’t expect anything less from the Moxy. I also loved that the gym has a boxing bag. That’s def a plus! Cleaning could’ve been better, specifically the bathroom but the decor was beautiful! Would definitely stay again. ”

“I did not stay here. It is a lone motel, not near the clusters of other local hotels, next to an adult store. All of the reviews are excellent, including from solo Women travellers lol seriously? I suggest the neighbouring shop ( literally steps away) is shown in the photos so that families are aware.”

“ we have a quite disappointing staying there as start the lack of communication is unspeakable they send me a message with main door code and room code, which nowadays phones filter it as spam, rather than send through Expedia or personal email, it get worst when it comes to security, all the room has the same code, it’s scary like someone figurs out all has the same code or even by mistake open the same door. In the first room, it was too cold below 70 despite the heating is working all day……

“I reserved a smoking room online, but when I arrived, the staff told me that there are no smoking room in the whole building. I am disappoint!”

“I had a terrible experience at this motel. The room had no heating and no hot water, which is completely unacceptable, especially in cold weather. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they treated me disrespectfully. Because the room was not livable, I left the motel. I believe I should be fully reimbursed, since they did not provide the basic conditions promised. I do not recommend this place to anyone.”
