“Myself and my friends and family have stayed at the Wine Country Inn on multiple trips to Fredericksburg. We’ve always had a great experience. However, this stay did not go well. When we were preparing to check out, three men knocked on our door, ten minutes before checkout. They did not announce themselves as housekeeping and there was no cleaning cart in the hall. Even though we told them we were grabbing our last things and we’d be out soon, they waited outside the door and stormed by us to……

“Our stay was one night in a two month road trip. It was fine and met our needs for a dog friendly place to stay.”

“Hotel needs to be updated. Wallpaper starting to separate at seams, mirrors need reglazing. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok, nothing special.”

“The staff was not particularly friendly. The cookies in the lobby were free but not very good. Most likely they were left over from another day. Breakfast consisted mostly of bagels or toast. This is an older motel so if you are looking for outlets in the bathroom, check the light fixture, because there were no others in the bathroom.”
