“It was a pretty cabin, but look like it had not been cleaned thoroughly in a while. All the dishes and silverware were not clean very well along with the glasses. The bed was very comfortable and the screened in porch could’ve had a little more cleaning done, and the chairs cleaned. Overall, we enjoyed it.”

“Myself and my friends and family have stayed at the Wine Country Inn on multiple trips to Fredericksburg. We’ve always had a great experience. However, this stay did not go well. When we were preparing to check out, three men knocked on our door, ten minutes before checkout. They did not announce themselves as housekeeping and there was no cleaning cart in the hall. Even though we told them we were grabbing our last things and we’d be out soon, they waited outside the door and stormed by us to……

“We loved this place. The front desk people were great, from the owner to the sweet ladies that worked there. Our room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Everything was excellent. So much so that we are headed back again in two weeks!!!!!!”

“My stay at this Marriott hotel was as good as usual , BUT unfortunately i was very disappointed with the fact that housekeeping did NOT do their part. They fumbled the ball and we were not provided the service. Bed not made, bathroom not cleaned, trash not thrown out etc. Was not given a reason why this happened and was not provided with a solution. Very uncharacteristic of a Marriott establishment. Will wait to see if there is a response to this mishap. Im usually a very understanding person……

The staff were very helpful from the front desk to the cleaning people. Location was also great. This was our 2nd time to stay here and if returning, will stay again.”
