“We have stayed at settlers Crossing twice before and enjoyed the property proper immensely if you love old homes 1800 mid early to 1800s you’ll love all of the homes that you may rent. The furnishings are a period appropriate and it’s a little rustic but if you love that look, it can be very relaxing. The homes are secluded in a 35 acre plot of land lots of trees, sheep walk freely in the area. I even saw a donkey and a number of Whitetail deer very enjoyable just minutes outside of……

“We stayed at Rose Hill Retreat based on policies stated on Hotel.com and Rose Hill Retreat websites. We understand there are new owners but if they are not going to honor these policies then the websites should be changed before they advertise. “We had an amazing stay at The Martinsburg! We spent two days here and it was the perfect Hill Country getaway. The cabin is beautiful, modern, and extremely well kept. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design and details to make the stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is fantastic — peaceful and surrounded by the rolling hills, yet still very close to Fredericksburg and several great wineries.
