"The place was filthy. cockroach’s. Bugs in fridge. Food particles left on counter and microwave. Bathroom sink not cleaned. No toilet paper, no bedding for pull-out couch, no hand towels, one rag and one dish towel. Glasses and cups were filthy from sitting in the open so long. Table could not be used because any weight causes it to tilt over. Bathroom has nowhere to put you toiletries. "The host never contacted us even after multiple messages and a voice-mail requesting information. Had to call verbo customer service to find out they weren't going to give us access to our reservation. Absolutely unprofessional and left us in the lurch to figure out where we were going to stay while we were on our way. Save your sanity and avoid this place. "
